2. Description of Services

Tentry provides technology solutions including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, AI automation, and related consulting services. Our products include Shamelfy (e-commerce), Faseela (agriculture technology), Shamel 360 (logistics), Relano (notifications), Tentry CRM, and Mizanco (financial asset management).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials provided by Tentry are the intellectual property of Tentry unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain ownership of any content you provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as intended.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Project fees are due according to agreed milestones
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of business. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tentry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Sections regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
